WE HOLD THESE TRUTHS TO BE ETERNAL
We believe
The Holy Bible IS the Word of God,
That No one is born without a sin nature.
Dead to GOD in trespasses and sins.
That God has provided a Savior, His only begotten,
the Lord Jesus Christ who was born of a virgin,
God incarnate!
Who lived a sinless life, was crucified for our sins,
died and rose to be the first fruits of the dead,
THAT all those who believe on Him are raised
from spiritual death
through a new birth by the Holy Spirit who is the life of
Christ in us, on earth.
That Christ cleaned all our sins with His Holy blood,
made them ALL disappear in the eyes of GOD ALMIGHTY.
Turned the crimson stain of sin pure white
as snow,
and saves those who believe on Him from a second
death,
separation from GOD forever in The Lake of Fire.
THAT Those who believe this are now THE BRIDE OF
GOD THE SON,
HIS CALLED OUT ("CHURCH") of whom all are
One on earth and in Heaven,
in Christ, under GOD THE FATHER, indivisible and eternal.
AND WHO AWAIT HIS MIGHTY CALL TO BE WHERE HE IS!
In His plan for the ages God the Father made an infallible
blueprint. This is the one for the church.
1. "According as he has chosen us in him before the foundation of the world,
that we should be holy and without blame before him, in love" (Eph. 1:4).
2."Having predestined us to the adoption
of sons and daughter's by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will (Eph.1:5)
3."To the praise
of the glory of his grace, through which he has made us accepted in the Beloved" (Eph.1:6).
4. "In whom also we have
obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things after the counsel of his own
will, that we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ; in whom you also trusted, after you heard
the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in who after you believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
Who IS the earnest of our inheritance UNTIL the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory."(Eph.1:11-14
)
THE GREATEST COMMUNICATION OF GOD TO MAN
The gospel is singularly the most important communication
of God to man. In Jesus Christ, who is God the Son, we have the revelation of God's love and sacrifice that saves us from
God's righteous judgment upon sin and sinners. If you are not a Christian and want to know how to be forgiven of your
sins and follow Christ, or are just curious to know what the gospel of Jesus Christ is, then this is for you. The Bible
tells us in 1 Cor. 15:1-4:
"Now I make known to you brethren, the gospel which I preached
to you, which also you received, in which also you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast the word which I preached
to you, unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died
for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the
Scriptures..."
The Bible says that we are all sinners (Rom. 3:23). This means that
we have all offended God. We have all broken His law. Therefore, we are guilty of having sinned. Because of this, we are separated
from God (Isaiah 59:2), are dead in our sins (Rom. 6:23; Eph. 2:3), cannot please God (Rom. 3:10-11), and will suffer damnation
(2 Thess. 1:9). The only way to escape this judgment is by receiving Christ, by trusting in what Jesus did on the cross (John
14:6; Acts 4:12; 1 Pet. 2:24).
Since we are sinners, we are incapable of removing the guilt of our
sinfulness through our own efforts. Gal. 2:21 says, "...if righteousness comes through the Law, then Christ died needlessly."
The Law is the do's and don't's of moral behavior. In other words, we can't become righteous by what we do. Why? Because we
are dead in our sins (Eph. 2:3). This means that since we cannot remove our own sins, God must do it. Jesus, who is God in
flesh (John 1:1,14; 8:58; Col. 2:9), bore our sins in His body on the cross (1 Pet. 2:24). He died in our place. He paid the
penalty of breaking the Law of God which should that should have fallen upon us. He satisfied the law of God the Father by
dying on the cross. It is only through Jesus that we can escape the penalty that God will execute upon all who have broken
his holy and perfect law.
Do you want to be saved from the righteous judgment of God? If so,
and want to become a Christian and follow God, then you must realize that you have sinned against God, and are under his judgment.
You must look to Jesus who died on the cross and trust what he did in order to be forgiven of your sentence and be saved from
the judgment of God. This is accomplished by faith alone in Jesus Christ. You cannot add your sincerity nor can you add any
human works to what Jesus has done.
If you desire to receive Christ the following prayer is an example.
It is not a formula, but it is a representation of what it means to trust in Christ.
"Lord Jesus. I come to you and
confess that I am a sinner, that I have lied, thought evil in my heart, and broken your word. Please forgive me of my sins.
I trust in what you have done on the cross and I receive you. Please cleanse me of my sin and be the Lord of my life. I trust
you completely for the forgiveness of my sins and put no trust in my own efforts of righteousness. Lord Jesus, please save
me." Tell others about your commitment to Jesus. The Bible says, "if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe
in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved; "...for with the heart man believes, resulting in righteousness,
and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation" (Rom. 10:9-10).
SALVATION: WHAT CHRIST HAS GIVEN US
Deliverance, safety, preservation, healing, soundness.
"Salvation"
is the great inclusive word of the Gospel consisting of: justification, redemption, grace, propitiation, imputation, forgiveness,
sanctification, and glorification. Salvation is in three tenses:
(1) The Christian has been saved eternally from the guilt and penalty
of sin and is safe.
2 Tim.1:9-10
9 "Who hath saved us, and
called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us
in Christ Jesus before the world began,
10 But is now made manifest
by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through
the gospel:"
(2) The Christian is being saved from the habit and dominion of sin
daily
Rom.6:14
14 "For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under
the law, but under grace."
Rom.8:2
2 "For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me
free from the law of sin and death."
(3) The Christian will be saved at the Lord's return from all bodily
infirmities that are the result of sin and God's curse upon the sinful world, even from death itself.
Rom.8:18-23
18 "For I reckon that the sufferings
of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
19 For the earnest expectation
of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
20 For the creature was
made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,
21 Because the creature
itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
22 For we know that the
whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
23 And not only they,
but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption,
to wit, the redemption of our body." We
will be brought into entire conformity to Christ, transformed into His glory.
1 Jn.3:2
2 "Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we
shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is."
SALVATION IS BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST, IS A FREE GIFT AND WHOLLY
WITHOUT MANS WORKS OR LAW AND IS GUARANTEED BY GOD FOREVER
Rom.3:27-28
27 "Where is boasting then?
It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
28 Therefore we conclude
that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law."
Rom.4:1-8
1 "What shall we say then
that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found?
2 For if Abraham were justified
by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.
3 For what saith the scripture?
Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.
4 Now to him that worketh
is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.
5 But to him that worketh
not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
6 Even as David also describeth
the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,
7 Saying, Blessed are they
whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.
8 Blessed is the man to
whom the Lord will not impute sin."
The divine order is: first salvation thru faith, then works
Eph.2:8-10
8 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:
it is the gift of God:"
9 Not of works,
lest any man should boast.
10 For we are
his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them."
Jas.2:18
18 "Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew
me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works."
Titus 3:5-8
5 "Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according
to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
6 Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;
7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs
according to the hope of eternal life.
8 This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou
affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and
profitable unto men."
FELLOWSHIP BLESSING CHRIST PRESENT
I believe that fellowship is a command from God The Son. He said " For where two
or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them" (Mt.18:20).
Many have this blessing in a group meeting called a church. In fact, each of us is the
temple that God dwells in, through the Holy Spirit. We are all saints and priest's of The Almighty through Christ our Lord.
We are gathered here to give glory to God, and love each other, with a Jesus love. It is our Father's will for us.
Youtube is a blessing from God to we who love Him. It provides a means of fulfilling
many commands our Lord left for our spiritual health. It is a golden chance to love each other in the Power of the Holy Spirit
who, as we believe, can do wondrous works when we ask, and even when we don't, according to God's perfect will for us.
In Him, who delivered us from spiritual death and eternal separation from GOD, we will
experience miracles of growth that we can share with the rest of our family in Christ. This IS a gift GOD gave us, as His
little children, in His sandbox in time, to come together in boldness and sincere honesty, and grow stronger in the salvation
of the Lord ,and the power of His deliverance.
Let me show you a work God gave me to share.
20 months ago He called me to start a web site to His Glory. By His Spirit,
began "The Gospel of Jesus Christ in Scripture, Free MP3 Praise Songs,Poetry, Spoken Words, Sermons". He pinned me to the
computer chair and I was consumed in the fire of The Spirit.
By His perfect will I labored and He blessed. Everyday I needed help and He gave. He raised
me from my bed when it pleased Him and I received. Time vanished. His will will be done. That is the best we receive from
our God, who holds before us a Godward life, a newer world, and biblical wisdom to appreciate all that we have through Him.
Today, I can say to you "Come and drink to your hearts delight". Don't
be afraid. Step out into a worldwide church of believers from all points on the earth. Share, in these last days, the inestimable
love He loves us with, taking warm hands extended, and grasping others, full of His Spirit, before He calls us Home.
Thy Word Is Truth Lord
LETTER TO THE FAMILY OF CHRIST, HIS CHURCH
"In precious little there is so much"
We are
one in Christ! Our house stands undivided. God is the Father of our unity in a bond of love that echoes the Love of our Lord
for His church. Glory to the Lord! Salvation is The Son. In Christ He has made us one church. Let us walk hand in hand with
Him. For we rest in His arms, and He gives us strength in joy and in sorrow. He has promised us forever and He will help us
live as children of tomorrow. So let us stand with Him NOW, in The Spirit of truth inside us; His Word, will always guide
us, and in love, He walks beside us.
One in marriage, to one Lord and Savior, in one body, His church of the called
out, One Father Above All, one Spirit, and one moment not afar when all our hopes and dreams, all the infinite and eternal
promises of our Lord, and the vanquishing of physical death itself will be made real at His mighty call when we will meet
and He will greet, US His Bride, in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord (Jn. 14:1-3).
John 14
"1 Let not your
heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father's
house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and
prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also."
It precedes the conclusion of the age of man (Rev.3:10).
10 "Because thou hast
kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try
them that dwell upon the earth."
We wait patiently for this great moment (2 Thess.3:5).
5 "And the Lord
direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ."
This is our SURE hope (Titus 2:13).
13 "Looking for that
blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ;"
The moment of our eternal inheritance (Heb.6:12).
12 "That ye be
not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises."
We will be removed from the lost world by His call and transformed
into an eternal body for His glory! (1 Thess. 4:13-18).
13 "But I would not have
you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
14 For if we believe
that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
15 For this we
say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them
which are asleep.
16 For the Lord
himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in
Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which
are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever
be with the Lord.
18 Wherefore comfort
one another with these words."
Until His church is removed from the earth, evil cannot have
it's full day! This is the period called "The Day of the Lord". A time of great delusion and spiritual "darkness" on earth.
We will not be here. We cannot be here! We are His light! (1 Thess.5:4-5).
4" But ye, brethren,
are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
5 Ye are all the
children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness."
The Holy Spirit in us, as His corporate body, restrains evil
until that precise moment (2 Thess. 2:7).
7 "For the mystery of
iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way."
We are to watch now for Him and be sober and in so being
do His faithful works (1 Thess.5:6-8).
6 "Therefore let
us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
7 For they
that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.
8 But let
us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation."
"For God has not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation
by our Lord Jesus Christ" (1 Thess.5:9).
Thank you for your loving fellowship. The Lord has blessed me with countless
"Friends", but we need to share more in Him. When I was sent to the streets of LA by His grace for His glory, often I walked
each day without the faithful in my path, but ever strong in Him. The six years I lived as He lived, was a training ground
for me He provided. One thing was made clear to me: the fields ARE ripe but laborer's few. And in total reliance on His grace
He strengthened my faith and was my peace in day and night on the street, my great joy, and my defender.
May you prosper by this fellowship in these difficult times
we live. Our Lord has called us to meet here through His amazing grace. Let us go on in a fuller fellowship in His love, a
love that is His and will follow us Home, while we have these very special opportunities that He has given us..
WE
LOOK FOR JESUS! NOT TRIBULATION Here is a very important scripture. 2 Tim.4:6-8. In the words of Paul, (who anticipated
the Lord's coming even in his time) by the Holy Spirit:
"For
I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought the good fight, I have finished my
course, I have kept the faith: Hence forth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous
judge, shall give me at that day: and not me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing."
I say we can be
"Raptured" at any time. Even NOW
WE ARE A BLESSED
NATION UNTIL HE CALLS US HOME
1 Peter 2:9-25
"9 But
you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises
of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; 10 who
once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.
Living Before the World
11 Beloved, I beg you as sojourners and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts which
war against the soul, 12 having your conduct honorable among the Gentiles,
that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by your good works which they observe, glorify God in the
day of visitation.
Submission to Government
13 Therefore submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s sake, whether
to the king as supreme, 14 or to governors, as to those who are sent
by him for the punishment of evildoers and for the praise of those who do good. 15 For this is the will of God, that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men—
16 as free, yet not using liberty as a cloak for vice, but as bondservants
of God. 17 Honor all people. Love the brotherhood. Fear God.
Honor the king.
Submission to Masters
18 Servants, be submissive to your masters with all fear, not only to the
good and gentle, but also to the harsh. 19 For this is commendable,
if because of conscience toward God one endures grief, suffering wrongfully. 20
For what credit is it if, when you are beaten for your faults, you take it patiently? But when you do good and suffer,
if you take it patiently, this is commendable before God. 21
For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should
follow His steps: 22 “ Who committed no sin, Nor was
deceit found in His mouth”;
23 who, when He was reviled, did not revile in return; when He suffered, He did not threaten, but committed
Himself to Him who judges righteously; 24 who Himself bore our
sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were
healed. 25 For you were like sheep going astray, but have
now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls."
OUR TIME HERE IS PRECIOUS
To follow Christ is to walk by faith, always mindful we live
to please our Lord, and be profitable to Him. Each of us, at a time known by God when we believed, receives eternal security,
being "born again", and the coming of The Lord For His Church is ever anticipated, ever ingrained in us BY THE HOLY
SPIRIT, according to the faithful teachings of the Apostles, as we labor daily in full expectation that whether in the
body or not, we shall all be reunited one glorious day at His mighty call.
2 Corinthians 5:1
"1 For we know
that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal
in the heavens."
"For we know..." How do we "KNOW"? The Spirit of God makes it
real to us. And God has stored up for us a "new" body "eternal in the heavens". Today we are here in a perishable "house".
A frail little tent that can blow away in an instant if God so wills. We have both an outward being and inward.
That which is seen is falling away day by day. That which is within is being renewed by the Spirit. If we should pass, the
body goes into the grave, but the inward man, OUR SOUL/SPIRIT will have gone to be with Christ, IF we
believe!
The inward man is spiritual. God is a Spirit. And we who worship
Him do so in spirit and in truth (John 4:24). We have a house eternal in the heavens. This body of ours is sown a natural
body, but it will be raised one day a spiritual body. He is going to give us a new body on that day when He calls US and we
are Home.
2 Corinthians 5:2
"2 For in this
we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven:"
We are not naked here. Not without His righteousness which
dwells in us. Thus we are clothed in His being. This condition is never in a state of jeopardy. And if we are "sleeping"(dead
in body) this state will follow us up.
Romans 4:25
"25 Who was delivered
for our offences, and was raised again for our justification."
But the lost will not have His righteousness, and because
they have rejected Him their time will come when they must stand before the Judgment seat of Christ clothed only in
their own self, without righteousness, nor excuse. The deeds of their lives, thoughts, etc will be read to them. They will
perish in The Lake of Fire. This is the judgment of the lost. This is the "Second Death".
But there is a judgment seat in heaven that we will
come before, not for condemnation but for rewards if so be as a result of a faithful life lived in Him. And this will be a
time that all our life from the time of salvation to the time we die will be gone over.
Acts 24:15
"5 And have hope toward
God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust."
John 5:29
"29 And shall come
forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation."(
The Great White Throne judgment of Rev.20:11-15).
Rev. 20:11-15
"11 And I saw a great white
throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which
is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13
And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they
were judged every man according to their works.
14
And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15
And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire."
We will stand before Him one day. Either in His righteousness
or that which is not righteous in us. We need to be accepted in the beloved. There is only one way to eternity.
Now the bible speaks of different types of judgments:
1. The judgment Christ bore on the cross. Because of this
we can say Amen to:
John 5:24
"24 Verily, verily, I
say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation;
but is passed from death unto life."
2. There is self judgment:
1 Corinthians 11:31
"31 For if we would
judge ourselves, we should not be judged."
3.There is the chastisement of God for the believer. He will
"take us to the woodshed".
Hebrews 12:6
"6 For whom the Lord
loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth."
Such is the wise believer who will take it and grow on it,
rather then rebel and deny.
4. The works of a believer will be judged.
2 Corinthians 5:10
"10 For we must all
appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath
done, whether it be good or bad."
This is for believers only! It is the "bema" seat of Christ.
It is not a judgment of the believer's sins, WHICH CHRIST FULLY ATONED FOR ON THE CROSS. The judgment is to see whether we
receive a reward or not. All believers have their name written in The Book of Life.
When Paul says, "We must all appear" he is writing to believers.
All we will be judged, that we may receive the things done in the body. Judged on how we lived our Christian life, how we
lived in these bodies down here. When we go before His presence the question He will ask us is how we used these
bodies. How did we live down here?
IF WE WERE ALL SINLESS SUPER DUPER SAINTS AND
NOT A "BUT" WOULD THIS BE NECESSARY? I THINK NOT! WE ALL ARRIVE HOME BUT EACH WITH DETAILS OF OUR LIVES WAITING.
YET WE STRIVE TO FINISH THIS RACE IN FAITH, NOT HIS PERFECTION. THAT, WE RECEIVE WHEN HE CALLS AND WE ARE MADE AN
ETERNAL BEING IN HIS HOUSE OF FOREVER MORE!
Paul faces this question when he writes to the Philippians.
In 1:21 he tells us:
"For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain."
Then he talks of his desire to go to be with Christ
but also of his desire to live longer so he can minister to the Philippians. He wants to stay so he can minister to them a
little longer. Some of us have had this experience when circumstances put us at the doorway of death. We like Paul want to
stay to magnify Christ in our body that we might be accepted of Him and receive the reward of a CROWN (S). Then
when we come before Him, He will be able to say, "Well done my good and faithful servant".
2 Cor.5:11
"11 Knowing therefore
the fear of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your
consciences."
Prov. 9:10
"10 The fear of the
LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding."
One of the problems of the watered down Gospel of today is
the failure of preaching, in Spirit, the fear of the Lord!
Heb.10:31
"31 It is a fearful
thing to fall into the hands of the living God."
We need to preach Hell! There is no greater truth but that
men will be bound for that eternal separation from God unless they repent of their sins believing that Jesus Christ is Lord
and Savior and that He is the only way out of the payment of that FINAL BILL He covers for them, or they must account for "still
in their sins!" And WE are going to be held accountable if we forgo this truth, for Jesus came to save THE LOST. And falling
into the hands of the living God, lost, is a fearful thing, my beloved, for only judgment lies ahead, not grace.
We do NOT strive after popularity! We strive for the truth.
And neither should we strive in harshness and disdain, but gently in the love of Christ for all humans. In this we are not
commending ourselves, like political hacks seeking office, or crowd pleasing ministers singing "glory hallelujah", self
seeking for their little balance sheet that will burn up, but as bond servants who KNOW the fear of the Lord and are
wise to serve Him in truth...HIS TRUTH.
2 Corinthians 5:12
"12 For we commend
not ourselves again unto you, but give you occasion to glory on our behalf, that ye may have somewhat to answer them which
glory in appearance, and not in heart."
And not being crowd pleasers we may, indeed, be considered
crazy, as some of us also have experienced, PRAISE GOD!
2 Corinthians 5:13
"13 For whether we
be beside ourselves, it is to God: or whether we be sober, it is for your cause."
It is the love of Christ that we know so well that constrains
us, PUSHES US OUT, to give out the word of God. Mankind is UNDER JUDGMENT AND A DEATH SENTENCE HANGS OVER IT'S HEAD!
Genesis 2:16-17
"16 And the LORD
God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
17
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof
thou shalt surely die."
You and I have been born into
a family of death! ALL mankind is under a sentence of death. In Psalm 23:4 David is not referring to the END OF LIFE but to
all of life that is like walking down a great avenue of death, until finally we must go through it's doorway!
Psalm 23:4
"4
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and
thy staff they comfort me."
2 Corinthians 5:14-15
"14 For the love of Christ constraineth
us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:
15
And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died
for them, and rose again."
When we are wise in Spirit
we know men differently then from their flesh, their worldly credentials. And our lives are a testament to His Glory, His
meaning which brought Him here to die for this lost world. Being now changed, led by The Spirit, and educated as well, we
look upon this world differently.
IT IS AN EMERGENCY CASE OF
LIVE THROUGH CHRIST OR ETERNALLY DIE A SECOND DEATH BY ONES OWN SELF!
2 Corinthians 5:16
"16
Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth
know we him no more."
We have died with Christ and
risen with Him and are NOW IN CHRIST in the heavenlies where He is glorified at God's right hand side interceding for our
sin's and the sins of the rest of the world UNTIL HE STEPS OUT IN JUDGMENT! And then THE END!
2 Corinthians 5:17
"17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature (creation): old things are passed away; behold, all things
are become new." (my add)
Are you unsure? Still thinking
HE HAS NOT FINISHED WITH THE ISSUE OF YOUR SALVATION? ARE YOU STILL LISTENING TO THE "BUT" GANG!!!
John 5:24
"24
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life,
and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life."
HIS LOVE CONSTRAINS US TO SERVE
FOR HIS SAKE AND THE LIVES OF THOSE HE LOVES WHO ARE THE LOST.
2 Corinthians 5:20-21
"20
Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled
to God.
21
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him."
Jesus Christ took our place down
here. He, who knew NO SIN, came that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. He has given us His place, clothed
us in His righteousness. He took our hell down here so that we HAVE His heaven up there where He is. HE DID THAT FOR US!
May God bless the reading of
His word.

ELIJAH WILL COME: GOD SENDS WITNESS BEFORE JUDGMENT
Where scripture is clearly stated God has given us His plan for dispensations and
people such as Elijah. READ Malachi 4:5-6 as it is spoken.
Jesus referred to John the Baptist as having the Spirit and ministry of an Elijah(
Mt. 11:9-15). John fulfilled the prophesy of Malachi 3:1:( Notice the second part of Mal.3:1, the judgment part, remains for
another day)
"Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me;..."(See
Mt.11:10 where Jesus states that explicitly). See John 1:21 where the Baptist says he is NOT Elijah. He is like Elijah, John
says in John 1:23:
"He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, make straight the way
of the Lord, as said the prophet Elijah".
Now, IF, the Jews, as a nation, had accepted Jesus as Messiah, then the Baptist
may have fulfilled the prophesy of Elijah but they did not (Mt.11:13-15).
You might also think about the miracles of Elijah done through him by God during
his ministry. They are distinct from John's who was a VOICE in the wilderness preparing the way for Jesus. A strong voice
at that but he never exercised the power's of Elijah. Interestingly, in the Book of Revelation, two witness's appear in Jerusalem
to prophesy for 1,230 days who have power's like Elijah (Rev.11:3-14).
Scripture is clear: Elijah himself will be sent back to complete his ministry
and most probably face death at the hands of anti-christ so scripture is fulfilled that all are appointed to die and then
the judgment(Excepting the called up church living at that time of the prelude to the second coming of the Lord better known
as "The Rapture".
There is a group of 144,000 Jew's who will be sealed by the Holy Spirit for protection
and gifts and called during the Tribulation to deliver multitudes into Christ. They are WHO they are! (Rev.7:1-8).
TWO WAYS TO DIE (LOSS HERE GAIN ABOVE)
There are two ways to die. In believing God and not believing
God. But all people are equal when they die. Both cannot go to be with GOD on their own, except one does go and the other
doesn't.
Your father is with God because he believed God while he was
alive and walked with Jesus right on up to heaven where he is now in total peace. The other man rejected Jesus as his savior
and never walked with God while he was here. So God cannot walk him up to heaven where God dwells with all His family who
believe Him like your father did, and STILL does.
God loved a man like your father named Enoch. Enoch loved
God as your father loved God. One day God and Enoch took a walk together and it was so enjoyable that God took him home with
Him and Enoch never died but went directly to heaven to live with God. But before Enoch walked all the way to heaven with
God no man who loved God, ever went to heaven without dieing first. And this is how your father has met and lives with God.
He had to die first to live forever with God. And he is probably enjoying the company of Enoch who is also with God in total
peace to this very day.
God chose to take your father to be home with Him and all
the rest of the family who love God. They are all with God waiting for Jesus to call all of us home. When that happens, and
we hope it will be soon, we will travel throughout the galaxies as God's children alive forever. We don't know why he called
your father home to be with Him. But we know that God knows best for your father as well as you children. God loves us. And
we love God. We just are hurt and miss your father very much. It is not the same anymore without him here with us.
This also happened to Enoch's family. They missed him after
God took him home. But Enoch was happy to be home with God. He believed God would care for his family in place of Enoch until
they got home . God has promised your father He would do that for us. Your father loved God and gave his life for God because
he knew God would make good on all He promised your father. And God honors His word. He is taking care of us right now, but
we still are hurt and we miss papa very much and it hurts us inside. God knows it does.
But your father loved God and believed God. He would not want
us to turn our back on God or be mad at God for taking him home. He wants us to love God as he loved God and showed us that
he loved God by his life with us and his love for us and other's.
Let's remember his good example and not blame God for doing
something that hurt us. Your father wants you to be happy and blessed by God. He wants you to walk with God one day like He
does and like Enoch does and many others. That is his prayer for you. That you believe God loves you as he loves your father.
One day God will call you up to be with your father and not
lose you to a death that prohibits you from ever seeing your father again. That is why we love God, He gave us each other,
and will bring all of us together again because we love God and believe God just like your father loved and believed God while
he was with us before God called him home.
YOU ARE HIS FOREVER
In His plan for the ages God the Father made an infallible blueprint. This
is the one for the church.
1. "According as he has chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should
be holy and without blame before him, in love" (Eph. 1:4).
2."Having predestined us to the adoption of sons and daughter's
by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will (Eph.1:5)
3."To the praise of the glory of his
grace, through which he has made us accepted in the Beloved" (Eph.1:6).
4. "In whom also we have obtained an inheritance,
being predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things after the counsel of his own will, that we should be
to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ; in whom you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the
gospel of your salvation; in who after you believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, Who IS the earnest of
our inheritance UNTIL the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory."(Eph.1:11-14 )
"CHOSEN US IN HIM"
"But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren beloved in the Lord, because God
has from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth: Whereby he called
you to our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ" (2 Thess. 2 :13-14).
1 Pet. 1:2, "Elect
according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the
blood of Jesus Christ..."
No one knows who the elect are, only God knows. We are to preach His Gospel of Grace to all. There
is no such thing as limited atonement. Christ died for all humanity.
The elect are those who heed God's call. Those who don't, have by their free will chosen sin over salvation
and are not elect (Romans. Chapter 9 ).
Predestination means that when God saves you He will see you through to the
end.
This is all about our sanctification, our spiritual development. It is the work of God in the heart
and life of the believer. Our salvation and development as a son and daughter of God is guaranteed by His perfection and His
responsibility towards us. Jesus is the author and finisher of the faith He gave us in Him. No one will be lost who is found
in Christ according to God's predetermination. See Luke15 and the parable of the one lost sheep. There were 99 left but that
one who strayed was as important as the 99. All of us are of equal importance with God. This is election! God will NOT lose
one of us! (Rom.8:28-39).
Paul says in Romans 8:1: "There is therefore now no condemnation to them that
are in Christ Jesus..."
License To Sin? GOD FORBID!
One
of the main arguments against the doctrine of eternal security to those who don't understand it is that its opponents believe
it is a 'license to sin.'
Salvation is a three step process. First, one must recognize his condition as a sinner. Secondly,
that person must recognize that Jesus paid the penalty for their sins on the Cross. And third, that sinner must REPENT and
be converted;
"Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing
shall come from the presence of the Lord." (Acts 3:19)
When one repents of one's sin and trusts Jesus, then the Scripture
says one becomes 'a new creature'. ". . .old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." (2nd Corinthians
5:17)
Repentance means more than mere sorrow or regret or despair or grief over sin. (Remember Judas who never confessed
Christ as Savior but suffered grief and committed suicide!) Bible repentance means a change of mind toward God that results
in a change of action.
"Repentance is a change of mind or purpose. Until a man repents he commonly feels comfortable
about himself and his "ways; but when the Savior, through the Spirit, gives him repentance, he changes his mind about himself,
and seeing nothing good in his heart or in his works, his whole soul cries out, "Lord be merciful to me, as sinner." THERE
IS A TURN TO GOD AWAY FROM SELF.
What repentance is NOT.
Repentance isn't FEAR of God's anger coming from a
consciousness of guilt or grief as a consequence of that guilt. Rather than resolving to live a changed life and TRUSTING
the Lord for forgiveness, we continue in our own being as before.
What It Is
As it relates to salvation, repentance
means to turn to God from sin. A change of heart. It means to bow before Jesus Christ as the God of one's life. It involves
a change of mind concerning Whose will is supreme, and involves a change of action as a consequence. There can be no salvation
without repentance.
Repentance is denying self (a negative) while by faith affirming Christ (a positive). Repentance
looks within; faith looks above. Repentance exposes us as miserable sinners; faith delivers us from that misery. THEY ARE
MATES IN SALVATION
THOSE WHO PROJECT THEIR LIVES ONTO OTHER'S.
Those who don't understand the doctrine of eternal
security take their PERSONAL view of 'repentance' and apply it across-the-board, according to the prism of their own self-experience.
For example, the smoker who, upon being saved, is convicted that smoking is a sin (changes his mind) and repents (changes
his action) and quits, then applies smoking as a litmus test against which to measure the repentance of others. Or one who
stops watching TV! Or any other worldly offering or addiction!
In this view, someone who gets saved and doesn't give
up smoking(or whatever) can't still be saved because he hasn't really repented of his sin. Do you see the fundamental flaw
in this logic?
Repentance is a change of mind, followed by a corresponding change of action. But it isn't an instantaneous
change, or the Scripture; "that He which hath BEGUN a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ" would
make no sense. (Philippians 1:6)
Repenting and trusting Jesus means turning their sin nature over to Jesus Christ,
and being willing to allow Him to make the changes as He saw fit.
"For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth
no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not." (Romans 7:18)
To
the guy who gave up smoking, the guy who hasn't quit yet didn't repent. To take this view, one has to ignore the fact that
God ISN'T DONE with this second guy yet.
He hath BEGUN a good work in him, but the Scriptures say it is a PROCESS
in which He [Jesus] will CONTINUE to perform that good work until the day we stand before Him at the Bema Seat.
(Or
else we have to tear that verse out of our Bibles.) The sinner who will be saved MUST repent, and that repentance will
ALWAYS result in a changed life.
Because those changes aren't the ones somebody else (or even the sinner himself)
expects to see doesn't mean there is no repentance or no salvation or a loss of salvation. The saved person KNOWS who
they were before Christ. And the saved person marvels at the changes God has wrought in him -- because HE knows what they
are.
Even if those who would judge him by his outward performance do not.
Am I seeking the Lord now to guide
and help me? Heeding His convicting power? Listening for His voice in His word as well as to me in my life. That is different!
That is God ward living rather then self.
Before I got saved, I didn't do that. I went along my own way, running my
life according to my own will and understanding, and the last thing I would have done would have been to talking to an invisible
Savior and seeking His assurance and approval.
Furthermore, the Lord brought to my mind a whole list of things that
I used to do that I didn't do anymore. The changes just weren't the ones I was expecting, in the order in which I had expected
them.
The changes weren't in the same order as in other people, but they were just as profound, since I KNOW who I
was before. And so did God.
I AM still a sinner. But I was a repentant sinner talking with Him and seeking His will
for my life. Seeking forgiveness when I sin (1 John 1:6-10).
The Apostle Paul, the greatest evangelist who ever lived,
wrote of his own personal struggle with sin.
"I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with
me. For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of
my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members."
Paul cries out in seeming despair,
"O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?"
Then the Lord gives him the answer to
his question, just as He gave me mine.
"I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself
serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin." (Romans 7:21-25)
Eternal security is not license to sin.
It is a recognition that sin exists in our lives, but also that, "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are
in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." (Romans 8:1)
Will we walk after the flesh, or
after the Spirit?
In his letter to the Romans, Paul says, "Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye
should obey it in the lusts thereof . . . for sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under
grace." My sin continued to exist, since I remain subject to the 'law in my members' but it no longer had dominion over
me. I could still approach the Throne of Grace and seek His Face and pray with confidence.
The enemy's efforts to
convince me I was unworthy by virtue of my sin was overcome by God's assurance I am forgiven by grace through faith. It wasn't
up to me -- I didn't need to give up in the face of my failure.
"Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect?
It is God that justifieth." (Romans 8:33)
Answering the objection that eternal security is the same as a 'license
to sin', Paul writes;
"What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. Know
ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death,
or of obedience unto righteousness?"
What IS the sin unto death? There IS such a sin -- the Bible says so;
"If
any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not
unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it." (1 John 5:16)
John makes it clear
that there are sins which are NOT unto death, but Paul says the wages of sin is death. A contradiction? In both cases, the
context indicates the comments are addressed to believers. So what does it mean? "And whosoever speaketh a word against
the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither
in this world, neither in the world to come."
The Apostle John recorded Jesus' teaching that, "It is the Spirit that
quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are Spirit, and they are life." (John 6:33)
It is the Holy Spirit that calls us to salvation. Rejecting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and dieing in that condition
is the sin unto death for which there is no forgiveness.
The Apostle James writes, "For as the body without the spirit
is dead, so faith without works is dead also." (James 2:26)
Opponents of eternal security seize on the second half
of that verse to prove the validity of works, instead of looking at the entire verse in context.
In context, note
that James is using a dead (unquickened) spirit to contrast against a 'dead faith.'
Faith is NOT the spirit and the
spirit is not faith. One has a spirit whether one has faith or not. The two are not the same. But one's spirit is 'quickened'
-- made alive, BY faith.
Hebrews 11:1 defines 'faith'. "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence
of things not seen."
If one has faith, but does no works of faith, how does it follow that means his spirit is killed
-- since, by definition, saving faith results in a 'quickened' spirit? If one has faith, but does no works of faith, he
will bear no fruit. Leading someone to Christ is a work of faith that bears fruit. Passing up an opportunity to witness because
one is too ashamed is a fruitless exercise. Without works, that faith will bear no fruit.
But we are not saved by
faithless works, we are saved by faith and saving faith works. Others are saved, i.e., led to Christ, by our works on behalf
of the Gospel. Or they are not, due to our failure.
Paul writes of the fate of him that has faith without works when
that one stands before the Bema Seat;
"Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because
it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide which he
hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward."
But note the following verse very carefully:
"If any man's
work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: BUT HE HIMSELF SHALL BE SAVED; yet so as by fire." (1st Corinthians 3:13-15)
Again,
is this a contradiction? James says faith without works is dead, but Paul says that faith that produces no works will suffer
the loss of rewards, before he notes carefully that loss of rewards isn't the same as the loss of salvation.
Connecting
the dots, we find the following:
1) Salvation is a free gift of grace, received by faith, and exclusive of works.
(Ephesians 2:8-9)
2) Repentance means a change of mind toward God and sin that results in a change of action.
3)
There is but one 'sin unto death'. The only sin which will not be forgiven men is the rejection of salvation by denying the
leading of the Holy Spirit and The Savior Himself..
4) Dead faith cannot produce spiritual fruit without works, so
faith without works is dead.
5) Every person who by faith, accepts the free gift of salvation, will stand before the
Bema Seat and be rewarded according to their works.
6) He who has no works will receive no reward, "BUT HE HIMSELF
SHALL BE SAVED; yet so as by fire."
Salvation comes by repentance for sin and faith in the completed work of the Cross
as a substitutionary and all-sufficient sacrifice for sin.
Works of faith can only come AFTER that faith has been
quickened by salvation. If the only sin unto death is the rejection of the free gift of salvation, then by definition, one
who has saving faith has NOT rejected it.
His faith may not bear fruit, in which case, to all intents and purposes,
that faith is 'dead' but the one with faith without works will 'suffer loss' but will himself be saved, 'as by fire.'
This
in no way means that works are irrelevant to bearing fruit, which is the Great Commission given to the Church, but it is clear
that 'works' and 'faith' are two different things.
It offers no assurance that one can sin with impunity -- sin bears
its own reward, whether one is saved or lost. Smokers get lung cancer, whether they are saved or not. Drug addicts overdose
or die of disease brought on by a weakened immune system. Alcoholics get cirrhosis or die of some other alcohol related disease.
But only those who reject the offer of pardon procured for them by Jesus Christ at the price of His Own Blood sin
the 'sin unto death.'
The doctrine of eternal security is no license to sin, merely a recognition that sin exists,
and that Jesus Christ alone has defeated sin's eternal consequences.
"Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that
your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord." (Acts 3:19)
Salvation
is an issue between an individual and Jesus Christ. Repentance cannot be faked -- one KNOWS in one's heart whether one has
repented or not.
So does Jesus Christ. Trust Him.
". . .yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it
is written, That thou mightiest be justified in thy sayings, and mightiest overcome when thou art judged." (Romans 3:4) Thanks

QUESTIONS/ BIBLICAL ANSWERS
THE THIEF ON THE CROSS: BY FAITH ALONE.
He was not in a church! No church yet. Not baptized!
He was stuck on the cross, hung up. Did not do a good work yet. He was not coming down. BUT HE TRUSTED IN CHRIST!
Philippians 3:8-9 (King James Version)
"8Yea
doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered
the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,
9And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which
is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:"
DEATH: WHAT HAPPENS
WHEN A CHRISTIAN DIES?
We sleep. The body
is gone into a sleep and the soul and spirit go up to be with GOD.
1 Thessalonians
4:13-18
"13But
I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which
have no hope.
14For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus
will God bring with him.
15For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto
the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel,
and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds,
to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18Wherefore comfort one another with these words."
Philippians 1:21-23
" 21For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
22But if I live in the flesh, this is the fruit of my labour: yet what I shall choose I wot
not.
23For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which
is far better:"
2 Corinthians 5:8
" 8We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and
to be present with the Lord."
ARE THERE REALLY
DEMONS?
They are fallen
angels who fell with Satan, their god. They occupy different places in his administration over the earth. They are the believers
worst enemies and the world is ruled by them, the systems designed by them, and though they COMPETE with one another, when
Satan calls, they obey in unison.

13For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above
the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
14I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
15Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.
16They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the

"9For
to this end also did I write, that I might know the proof of you, whether ye be obedient in all things.
10To whom ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I forgave any thing, to whom I forgave
it, for your sakes forgave I it in the person of Christ;
11Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices."
2 Corinthians 11:2-4,
13-15
" 2For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to
one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.
3But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your
minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
4For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive
another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him."
"13For
such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
14And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
15Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of
righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works."
1 Peter 5:8-9
"8Be
sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
9Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished
in your brethren that are in the world.
THE WEAPONS OF
OUR WARFARE:
Ephesians 6:11-18
"11Put
on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the
evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate
of righteousness;
15And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery
darts of the wicked.
17And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with
all perseverance and supplication for all saints;"
CHRIST'S SERMON ON THE PLAIN
Our Lord gave His teachings over and over. We
ARE dull of hearing! Who hears Him without faith and the Holy Spirit opening the ear gate to a contrite and BROKEN heart?
AND WHO CAN KEEP HIS WORDS OF TRUTH WITHOUT
THE FULLNESS OF THE SPIRIT IN THEM?
"We can create a modern international
community...We do not consider ourselves a Christian nation... We consider ourselves a nation of citizens who
are bound by ideals and a set of values," said the President Of The United States." (Turkey, April 7, 2009)(Emphasis mine)
PERHAPS OUR LEADERS WOULD LIKE TO
USE THE FOLLOWING IDEALS AND SET OF VALUES FOR THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE PEOPLE?
IF we speak about REVIVAL IN OUR
LIFE*** OR THIS COUNTRY OR ANY OTHER,*** FIRST READ THIS, *** THEN GET DOWN AND PRAY
GOD FORGIVES OUR SINS BEFORE WE SEEK REVIVAL.
REPENTANCE FIRST, THEN REVIVAL!
By the way, think twice before you applaud all
the rich "Prophets, TEACHERS, Etc of THE WORD who are patronized by man.
"Sermon On The Plain"
Luke 6:17-49 (New King James Version)
The Beatitudes
"17 And He came down with them
and stood on a level place with a crowd of His disciples and a great multitude of people from all Judea and Jerusalem, and
from the seacoast of Tyre and Sidon, who came to hear Him and be healed of their diseases, 18 as well as those who were tormented with unclean spirits. And they were healed. 19 And the whole multitude sought to touch Him, for power went out from Him and healed them all.
20 Then He lifted up His eyes toward His disciples, and said:
“
Blessed are you poor, For yours is the kingdom of God.
21 Blessed are you who hunger now, For you shall be filled.
Blessed are
you who weep now, For you shall laugh.
22 Blessed are you when men hate you, And when they exclude you, And revile you, and cast out your name as evil, For the
Son of Man’s sake.
23 Rejoice in that day and leap for joy! For indeed your reward is great
in heaven, For in like manner their fathers did to the prophets.
Jesus Pronounces Woes
24 But woe to you who are
rich, For you have received your consolation.
25 Woe to you who are full, For you shall hunger.
Woe to you who
laugh now, For you shall mourn and weep.
26 Woe
to you when all men speak well of you, For so did their fathers to the false prophets.
Love Your Enemies
27 But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you. 29 To him who strikes you on the one cheek, offer the other also. And from him who
takes away your cloak, do not withhold your tunic either. 30
Give to everyone who asks of you. And from him who takes away your goods do not ask them back.
31 And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise.
32 “But if you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners
love those who love them. 33 And if you do good to those who do good
to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. 34
And if you lend to those from whom you hope to receive back, what credit is that to you? For even sinners lend to sinners
to receive as much back. 35 But love your enemies, do good, and lend,
hoping for nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High. For He is kind to the
unthankful and evil. 36 Therefore be merciful, just as your Father also
is merciful.
Do Not Judge
37 Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you
shall not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. 38 Give,
and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For
with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.
39 And He spoke a parable to them: “Can the blind lead the blind? Will they not both
fall into the ditch? 40 A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone
who is perfectly trained will be like his teacher. 41 And why do you
look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not perceive the plank in your own eye? 42 Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Brother, let me remove the speck that is in your eye,’
when you yourself do not see the plank that is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye,
and then you will see clearly to remove the speck that is in your brother’s eye.
A Tree Is Known
by Its Fruit
43 For a good tree does not bear bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good
fruit. 44 For every tree is known by its own fruit. For men do
not gather figs from thorns, nor do they gather grapes from a bramble bush. 45
A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart
brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
Build on the Rock
46 But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do the things
which I say? 47 Whoever comes to Me, and hears My sayings and does them,
I will show you whom he is like: 48 He is like a man building a house,
who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against that house,
and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock.49 But he who
heard and did nothing is like a man who built a house on the earth without a foundation, against which the stream beat vehemently;
and immediately it fell. And the ruin of that house was great.”
WE ARE A BLESSED NATION UNTIL HE CALLS US HOME
1 Peter 2:9-25
"9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation,
His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
10 who once were not a people but are now the people of
God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.
Living Before the World
11 Beloved, I beg you as sojourners and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly
lusts which war against the soul, 12 having your conduct honorable among
the Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by your good works which they observe, glorify
God in the day of visitation.
Submission to Government
13 Therefore submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s
sake, whether to the king as supreme, 14 or to governors, as to those
who are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers and for the praise of those who do good.
18 Servants, be submissive to your masters with all fear, not
only to the good and gentle, but also to the harsh. 19 For this is
commendable, if because of conscience toward God one endures grief, suffering wrongfully. 20 For what credit is it if, when you are beaten for your faults, you take it patiently? But when
you do good and suffer, if you take it patiently, this is commendable before God. 21 For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an
example, that you should follow His steps:
22 “ Who committed no sin, Nor
was deceit found in His mouth”;
23 who, when He was reviled, did not revile in return; when He suffered,
He did not threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously; 24
who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by
whose stripes you were healed. 25 For you were like sheep going astray,
but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls."
